Assistance can be requested via telephone or email. Our support staff will be available to help over the phone, by email or by remote connection to your device in order to see the problem first hand. These are very quick and efficient ways of fixing most problems encountered by customers.
Our workshop based inspection and diagnosis service is FREE OF CHARGE.

Each additional computer receives all the benefits of the Standard Care Pack
On-site Visits: £60 per site
All computers covered by the Care Pack on the same site are covered.
On-site visits are made when all remote options are exhausted or are not practical.
